These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pop-a-clog! website at popaclog.us (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to contain errors in pricing or product information.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.99. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

6. Warranty

Pop-a-clog products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please see our Warranty Policy for full details and limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pop-a-clog! and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product purchased through the Site.

Pop-a-clog is designed to help prevent AC condensate drain clogs. It is not a guaranteed prevention system. We do not guarantee that Pop-a-clog will prevent all clogs or all water damage. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pop-a-clog! or its content suppliers and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. Pop-a-clog's product design is patent-pending.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers
• Use automated systems to access the Site without our permission
• Submit false or misleading information

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida for the resolution of any disputes.
