Pop-a-clog! stands behind the quality and durability of our products. Every Pop-a-clog device is backed by our 2-Year Limited Warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Pop-a-clog! warrants that your Pop-a-clog device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

If your Pop-a-clog device fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, Pop-a-clog! will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective unit at no charge to you.

What Is Covered

• Defects in materials used in the manufacturing of the device
• Defects in workmanship that affect the normal operation of the device
• Failure of the device to operate as described under normal use conditions

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident
• Damage caused by improper installation not in accordance with the included instructions
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
• Damage caused by exposure to conditions beyond the product's design specifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, lightning, and extreme weather events
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] or through our contact page.
2. Provide your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the defect or issue you are experiencing.
3. Our support team will review your claim and may request additional information or photographs.
4. If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement unit to you at no charge. Depending on the situation, we may request that you return the defective unit.

Warranty Claim Processing

Warranty claims are typically reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days of receiving all necessary information. Replacement units are shipped via standard shipping at no charge.

Limitations

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Pop-a-clog! for its products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pop-a-clog! disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Pop-a-clog!'s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Pop-a-clog! shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the product, including but not limited to water damage, property damage, or loss of use.

Pop-a-clog is designed to help detect and clear AC condensate drain clogs. It is not a guaranteed prevention system and does not guarantee the prevention of all water damage. Homeowners should maintain their HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
